At what point do you see the error? What type of data connection are you using? Do you have any screenshots? (Pressing both main buttons on your iPhone will create a screenshot). Also, did you set up ID safe on a PC or Mac first?

I got this error after entering in my ID safe passode. I am using wifi. I created on windows 7.
Though as of midnight I got it working :) what I did is uninstal norton 360 and then I instal norton id safe beta so know I need to uninstal id safe and then instal my 360 and everything should be up and running!

now that I have this all set up and ready to use how can I export data from 1password to norton?

So, your passwords on your PC will be saved to your ID safe in the cloud. The easiest way to pupulate your passwords is to navigate to sites that you usually go to and enter your passwords. Do this on your PC and then it will be available for use on your mobile devices as well. ![]()

I have the same problem. I can sign in to my Norton account, as prompted. Then I'm required to enter my Identity Safe password. But it's not accepted and I receive the message "You need to setup IDSafe account."

Identity safe only works for URLs!
Start a program does not work!
you need a .csv file like this:
url,username,password,name,grouping,extra
http://www.example.com/, your@email, pwd
http://www.test.com/, your@email, password
First line are field names!
Follow these steps (in german version, but it will help you anyway)

Export fields as shown in the right panel in exactly this way:
url,username,password,name,grouping,extra
you get an exported file like this:
replace the field names (first line) in the .csv file to:
url,username,password,name,grouping,extra
save the .csv file
now import the .csv file to Identity Safe!
here is the result:
When it's done do not forget to wipe / secure delete the .csv as it shows your passwords in clear text!
