Android Razr 2.3.6
I installed ID safe beta, I can log into my account, but when I enter my password to log into ID safe I get this error message "Error happened when connecting to IDSC server".
The password is correct as it works to log into ID safe in my desktop norton 360.
Solutions or suggestions?

Can you try to log in again? We're unable to reproduce the issue here so was wondering if it might have been an intermittened issue with the servers. If you are still experiencing the issue can you share more details on your setup, including the version of ID Safe you currently have and the OS/browser that you're seeing this on.

It happens every time, I have never been able to log in. My ID safe is in norton 360 v6.1.2.10 Droid ID Safe 1.0.0. Android running Webtop 2.0.0-139

I guess I'll just uninstall since I can't log in.

Do you want to use a online vault on Android which you created with ID safe in your desktop norton 360 ?
Did you complete the setup for ID safe on Android to use this online vault?
If you reboot / restart the Android, does this change something?
How long is the pwd ?

No, I don't have a vault. This program was supposed to sync with the ID safe built into norton 360, I have never been able to complete the setup because it won't allow me to log into this beta version, it always gives me the same error msg.
I thought this forum was so the engineers could hear the problems and fix them? Oh well, I'll go find a password program that works.

What this sounds like is that inN360 you have a local vault and tried to log in to your Android ID Safe app, correct? This will not work since you need an online vault available. You'll need to go into N360 and convert your local vault to an online vault and then sync your Android app again. Hope this helps.

It would be useful to tell people that this program requires that you have an online vault and not just a local vault.

How do I get the online vault to sync with the local vault?
Never mind, I found it in N360.

Not sure what you did / want to do.
Does it work now or doesn't it?
But please backup / export your local ID Safe logins from your Norton 360 [to ext. hard drive or stick] before you loose it!
