hello everyone, Im using the identity safe from norton 360 for long time and I would like to use it on my android too.

the thing is that I have downloaded the identity safe app to my phone and now I have no idea how to connect them because Im not sure which user to use and how.

Glad to hear you want to sync with your Android device. A few things you might want to try:

1) Log out of your vault and then log back in, then you'll know which user you've created a vault under

2) To sync, make sure your vault is already online. If it's not, then on the ID Safe menu, you'd see an option reading "Move Vault Online".
