Hi Niko233

I think it's more of a problem with the way that the Security Risks window initialises. It doesn't appear to list all risks when the window is first opened, even though 'All' is selected. You need to force a refresh if you want to see 'WS.Reputation.1' listed under the 'All' category. To do this, click the dropdown box and select 'Insight Network Threat', as per Jo's screenshot above. Note the sluggish response you get from this dropdown. Once the Insight Network Threat information has loaded, then select the 'All' category again and you should see the following results:

Please note that it's not just 'WS.Reputation.1' that's missing when the window is first opened. If you compare my screenshot with your original screenshot, you can see that 'WS.RemoteAccess.3' and a number of 'WS.SecRiskOther.n' entries have now turned up. Given the issues with this window, I think it's something that the Norton developers need to investigate further and resolve.

Well investigated! thanks, Elsi! do you get a money for your constant and deep investigations of Norton's issues from users side??? ;) so much time and strength to spend and not to to have any award? I do no know there Symantec looks and that they want. If I was a director of my company I would like to ask you about a work for me for all your work and if not, then introduce some money of other (travel for example) awards for that great job!

Probably now developers can see the issue going thru every new build in full details.

So I let them to mark this thread solved as after they read it (as was in beta section of nis/nav; I will not mark "solved" by myself). Your issue, so mark it "solved" as you know about that of fix it. often threds marked solved only after "we will take a look into this" got no solution for 4-6 months or ever.
