I have just 3 days left on my 2010 Norton.I have installed 2011 and it says it is installed but I still only have the 3 days left and I never get the page for the product code. I also get a picture for a 2011 for 3 computers when it tells me what I have installed.2010 was for 3 computers but 2011 is for one . I have already done the stuff on the help /support page .I haven't installed anything before this .Help please ! Thank you.

Do you have a new subscription for NAV? If you bought your NAV from the Symantec store, they only have the 1 pc version. If you have a new key already, you can imput the key on the bottom of the main page of the program. You should see RENEW on the bottom. Click on that and you should see a box which will let you put in a key. That should activate your NAV 2011 for another year. If you want a 3 pc key, you will have to find that either in a local store or else from a reputable online site.

Since you don't have much time left to shop for another version of the product, I would use the key you have and then shop around and use Google to fine a reputable online site for the 3 pc version. Once you have found a site and got the key for the 3 pc version, you just have to contact customer support and they can make the adjustment to your account and fix it up so you can use the 3 pc version. I assume you got things straightened out with your NAV 2011. If you stil need a 3 pc version of NAV 2011, I'm sure you will be able to find it in a computer store or at a reputable online site. Just please make sure it is a brand new unused package if you buy it online. Please don't buy software from sites like eBay though as a lot of people have got burned by doing that.

I only had the one for three last year as it was a rebate .I got my one for 2011  for 1 computer from Target. I "talked " to a tech one on one on here .Thank you again , I was really getting frustrated .
