Hi again pepsi1302,

It appears to be the section of Norton Management under y Acount that provides the information in reagrds to the PC name, date it was first installed and also the trash canicon - which is used to remove an installaton.  You will notice I also have dashes in my screenshot under Device Names.  That is because Norton Management did not pick up the names from when they were first installed.  I have renewed the same license 3 times since the devices were installed. Since the installs and the product key are from 3 years ago (prior to Norton Management coming into exsistence),  it did not pick it up as it is on the same license which I have renewed.  I hope thatmakes sense.  To the best of my knowledge, there are no plans to fixing it.

It appears you do have a 5 user license as it shows 5 devices (or perhaps the new Norton One)?

Hope this helps.

Re: A question about Norton manedgment

To add to Yank's information.

The My Account tab gives you access to your installation if you have not installed Norton Management on each of your PCs.

If you do install Norton Management on each PC, then on the My Devices tab, you will be able to give each computer a name that makes sense to you. Then you can delete an installation for one computer if you need to. As a computer is no longer needed or used, you can free up the installation to be used on a replacement computer.

This is the usual trial key, but why it got 5 installations?

there should be no more than 3
If Norton Management did not pick up the names, why not the date of installation?

and it is not "Norton One" key

The dashes are just a default place holder in the form that is displayed on the web page. When there is actual data to display, that will replace the dash, as you see in the one line of your example.

How many computers do you have on your subscription?

What product and version are you using? Support - About?

If you log into your Norton Account https://account.norton.com how many activations remaining does it show?
