Norton Internet Security / Norton AntiVirus

My server cannot query the PC due to Norton preventing it. If I turn off the Smart Firewall it's OK. Does anyone know which setting I should change?

If you open Norton and click on the network security map, are you able to see the server as one of the devices on your network?  If it is there, set the trust level to Full Trust.  Norton should make the rules necessary automatically.
