Just by a few minutes -- there's a one hour from posting time slot durin which we can edit our posts.
If it is something catestrophic like you have included the password to your bank account you can always contact a moderator using the Notify button at the left -- but that really is only for something major like that .... or for what it's labled as:- Report Inappropriate Content

Thanks huwyngr... wasn't frustrated at the lack of update, it was just a comment but good to know, more frustrated about paying for a product that I cannot use.

Update : On my laptop I have the same PLUS eeCtrl, not sure if it is related at all... just comparing two Windows 7 machines.

Thanks for the Info. Turn OFF the User Account Control from the Control Panel and then Please follow the steps here and let us know how it goes for you.

SUBASH,
1. I did not have any of the items Non-Plug and Play Drivers
2. I did not have the Norton folder in my Program Files.
3. I did delete all of the temp and %temp% files
I did have a bunch of Norton folders in my "Program Data" folder, should I delete these?
I reinstalled... but still is not working.
Not sure if this matters but reran fltmc, and got same results as before.

Can you please post a screenshot of the Device Manager with Non-Plug and play devices tree collapsed.

Just thought I'd explain why ....
I understand the frustration you feel but Norton will get you there -- they really work hard to put things right on the spot.
