I am another suffering the ccsvchst.exe out of control issue. It is eating up 100% CPU resulting in an unusable system. Have already tried the full removal and scrubbing with removal tool only to see the problem return after a few days. Will gladly provide logs to Symantec personnel.

After turning off community watch this all changed to:
I created a dump file from the offending service but it is 500MB's in size.

CheezWiz, thanks for your assistance in isolating this! Your specific problem has been resolved in the 2012 products, thanks in part to your assistance. These new versions are currently available as free upgrades to current subscribers.
