Hi gena,
Do you leave Outlook Express running all the time and notice that the plugin disables itself, or do you only open Outlook Express when you're using it and notice that the plugin is missing when the program opens?

Hi gena,
Try contacting Tony Weiss about this since he's the one who made the thread about the known issues.
I'm still a relatively new employee so I'm not set up to check if the issue has been officially logged yet.

When ever the Anti Spam toolbar disappears from Outlook express you need to open your Norton internet security 2012
go to settings
go to Network
click on Message protection
turn off the Norton Anti spam
apply the settings
restart the computer.
After restarting the computer go to Norton internet security and enable the options again
then open the Outlook Express you would be able to see the Norton anti spam toolbar

This same Norton Symantec software bug is being observed here. It is quite bothersome.
Norton Symantec:
1. Do you have an anticipated date for the resolution of this Norton Internet Security 2012 problem?
2. Will the fix/patch be delivered automatically via the Norton malware definition updates?
