We recently upgraded our home computer and as part of the upgrade were given a free trial of Norton. Having a lot of problems with Norton. I have a polar watch and part of the program have installed WebSync data transfer so that I can download my training. On the previous antivirus software that we had, I had no problem with the WebSync Software and downloading, however on Norton I am having a lot of problems. I have tried to disable Smart Firewall and Antivirus but this did nothing. What do I need to do in order for Norton to recognize the program and allow the data transfer to occur?

Welcome,
Can you tell us which version of what Norton product you are testing? Also, what is your operating system?
Thanks

Norton trial is: Norton Internet Security 2012
Computer System is: Windows 7 Home Premium
I tried going through Norton - Systems - Network - smart Firewall - Advance setting. I don''t know what to untick to allow data transfer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
