I have an application that cant connect to the internet because norton is stopping it! Is there a way to allow it?

   Welcome to the Norton Forum. You can allow an Application in Settings-->Network-->Smart Firewall-->Program Control Configure.

Is it blocking by norton or Do you have any other antivirus program on the computer, If yes, Uninstall it and restart the computer.
