Guys, I fout It. It was Malwarebyte! My dear Norton, I was not kind to You. Sorry.
In the log of Windows Internet Connection Reparing, I found that this software dont let the browsers open these urls.
Malwarebyte has not an option to exclude an url!!!
Thank you guys for your time.

Hello aryames
You should be using the free version of Malwarebytes with your Norton product since .the free version will not conflict. The paid version will conflict with Norton..

Hello aryames
Forgive this follow up...
I guess a clue (which I missed) was when you wrote in this message "I have also Malewarebytes, but it does not change anything. with or without that. (I think) I deactivated, but nothing change".
If you have the paid version of MBAM & you disabled MBAM Real Time Protection ...then why would MBAM still block those URL's.
What am I missing ...Paid version minus Real Time Protection = Free version...& MBAM Real Time blocks URL's ?
If MBAM Real Time blocks those URL's as Threat then surely Norton would flag them also....?
I missed something in this thread ?

Hello bjm_
If the O/P had the paid version of Malwarebytes installed first, the O/P may not have got a proper install of the Norton Product. It's like having another antivirus program installed at the same time. Disabling the other antivirus program isn't good enough since they dig deeply into the system. The same thing with the paid version of Malwarebytes. As you can see in this link, there is more to the paid version of Malwarebytes than just getting the updates automatically. The paid version has a protection mode also in it. I'm sure it digs deep into the computer also. That is why they also have a removal tool to remove malwarebytes. If the paid program didn't dig so deeply into the computer, there would be no need to have a mbam removal tool...

Hi floplot
OK..Makes sense. Thnx, my head was hurting ;-)
Never crossed my mind. MBAM Full Version installed before Norton.
Assumed Norton must have preceded MBAM as we all have Norton primary and MBAM as an adjunct after thought.
I was aware of MBAM full version Key Features...
I follow your reasoning...just never occured to me to ask OP which came first...lesson learned.
Thnx !
