Hi GORPHY1,
I tried to get to my Norton Account via NIS 2012 > Account - went thru the sign-in and got the following:
So there appears to be a problem with signing in thru NIS.
I have managed to sign-in to my Norton Acount thru the ID Safe Login screen:
Is this what you are talking about? It appears to be some glitch with a server to me. Perhaps try again later.

Hi Yank, Exact same things happenning to me, I also can log in thru I.D. Safe, Thanks for the screenshots! I suspected it was a server issue most likely, Hope it rights itself later.........My Best...Gorpy 1

This happens for me here too. I am using N360V6. This happens for me when I go to Norton Account either from Noton Toolbar or from N360 Main Window which pops up when I click N360 icon in Taskbar. This is happening for the last many months. How much I can't remember. But I can go to Norton Account from the Norton Management after login in to it. Symantec/Norton should take note of this serious flaw.

I just attempted to log into Norton Account again and I can now get into Norton Account via the Idneity Safe drop down as well as the main page of my Norton product.
@ MehulBhai,
You mention that you are getting into Norton Account via Norton Management. Actually, the account listed in Norton Management is called My Account and although some of the same information is there, it is not the same as being logged into your Norton Account. One difference is that there is no download button in My Account s their is in Norton Account - which allows one to download a fresh copy of their Norton Product (priovisded the have a license available).
If your system is working correctly, you can see this by logging into Norton Management and then selecting the My Account Tab. Then log out of ID Safe on the toolbar. Then atempt to log into ID Safe on the toolbar - you should see the following:
As you can see you are not logged into your Norton Account - even though you have the My Account Tab selected.
If you are logged into Norton Account via the main page interface or via ID Safe, you'll get the following when logging into ID Safe from the toolbar:(provided you have already setup the online vault) You must be logged into your Norton Account in order to use an online vault.
If you may not have a Norton Account if you did not register your product when you installed it.
We'll be waiting any addtional questions you may have.

First of All I don't use Identy Safe as I don't like to save passwords anywhere for security reasons as I am a Security Professional (this is my personal preference which I think other persons should also follow, I hope), so the case you mention doesnot arise at all.
I would like to mention here that I go to Norton Account from the Norton Apps Pull Down Menu after login in to Norton Management. Now I get the Actual Norton Account with the "Download" and all.

My bad, I forgot about the Norton Account in the drop down menu which apears when you select the down arrow by the Norton Checkmark on the left side of NTB. I was thinking about the ID Safe method of getting to the Norton Account since that is what GORPHY1 referred to.
Sorry if I caused any confusion.
