Hi Krusty 13 I believe you being in Australia and me being in Chicago, Ill. right in the middle of the U.S.A would most likely (though I'm not 100 % sure) mean we have different servers Mate! Hope all is well down under it"s 90degree here..Best Gorpy1

Currently 44 degrees here at nearly 9am Wednesday 1/08/12
Since Norton products partly rely on the 'Cloud', I hope that part is connecting to their servers.
Dave.

I wonder if Dave is showing off saying it's 44 degrees in his neck of the world
I once again tried the 'Account' link at the top of the NIS UI and like before, I was logged into Norton Account without incident. I'm just a few states below my home state of Illinois. So I don't know what's happening either.
Maybe server issue, maybe not ?

My Account is now accessible from the NIS 2012's gui, Though it wants me to put my password in myself, for some reason the last time I used it again it wouldn't accept the login from Norton's web protection log-in's but no big deal........Thanks, Norton.....Best..Gorpy1

It's No Joy from the Account word on NIS 2012 gui.again, It worked this morning but now I'm getting the same error message however I just tried it while I was writing this and because I loaded it from I.D safe on my browser IE8 it worked, Oh Well I'm sure It'll work out eventually.. It seems other Forum members have much worse problems to deal with so I'll stop my thread about this.........Best....Gorpy1
