Every time I try to download (see title) from the norton website I get a communactions error. What do I need to do about fixing this?

I've uninstalled the LiveUpdate. Now I can't download it so I can reinstall it here is the URL that I'm trying to use to download it. ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/liveupdate/3.4/lusetup.exe And before when I tried running the LiveUpdate. It would go about 30 seconds then tell me that it couldn't connect. Here is the error code LU1814.

It seems to be an issue with your internet connection.

Thanks guys! The LiveUpdates are working now. The only thing now is the Add-On pack.

It still wont work for some reason in the web page it tells me that the internet connection cannot be found.

Then in the exe one it tells me that there is a communications error... I'm guessing it's the firewall.

Edit: Sorry I haven't been on. Life has been busy for me.
