I bought a new Envy computer today which comes with Norton Internet Security pre-installed. I have spent a lot of money on ESET and I can't install it without getting rid of Norton. Your uninstall program crashes every time. Even uninstall programs like Revo send you to your Norton uninstall program...which crashes. It's a brand new computer, not even a day old. Please help.

That is for 2004 - 2005 products.

It isusually recommended here to uninstall by the Control Panel method first followed by a reboot.

Please download the Norton Removal tool from here and save it.  Right click and select Run As Administrator.
