Cannot connect to Internet

I've been using 3 Mobile Broadband ZTE MF112 Dongle for my Interent connections since lat year. It's been working well  but since I've bought Norton Internet Security I have massive problem with using Interent. Every time I turn on my laptop and want to use it I need to uninstall and install dongle otherwise it won't worl. Firstly I thought it's the faulty dongle but I received brand new one and it performs the same way. I called 3 mobile Broadband and they said there might be problem in Norton network settings but I can't solve this problem on my own. Could you please advise what should I do?  Thanks

Not positive but, let's try this:

Go into the network security map [under network protection] look for your dongle. It needs to be trusted [the blue 'edit' near the end of the line will give you access to make the changes.]
