Hello everyone,

What seems so easy....    I'm using Intuit software to build my site and it's pretty straight forward as to the location of the verification string :

<meta name=”norton-safeweb-site-verification” content=”9i-8cjf76l7n-umnksip9e3h5da1qpqubuz2zaser1aa1k5c0f6b2vt0u5gkcymtwcsa52s5wxhj2u6735ehu3c0usd78yhg3t18yh3scmi803yh7ouj5038r7te-4sg”/>

In fact using meta analyzer software it seems to be there.  WHAT am I doing wrong?  Anyone?  Thanks so much in advance.

Hello Victor,

I can see the Safe Web meta tag on your home page, but all the quotation marks in the tag are italicized:

<meta name="norton-safeweb-site-verification" ...   should be     <meta name="norton-safeweb-site-verification"...

If you can make that change, the verification may work.

If not, then there is enough information for a manual verification and I will notify the Safe Web team of your issue.  Please allow them a day or two to respond back to you in this thread.

In the mean time, could you double check that the URL you submitted to Safe Web exactly matches your website address, letter for letter?

To be notified by email when a reply is posted, go to My Settings > Preferences and check the box for: "Automatically Subscribe Me to Topics I Participate In".
