Once I secect on and click apply it turns off. How can I fix

May I know what are you Turning ON? is it Windows Update ? or Norton Live Updates?( Live updates are Auto ON).

Its the windows update that you turn on in the settings section on Norton

May I know which version of Norton are you using , I mean in Norton Antivirus 2012 - Settings or Norton Internet Security 2012 Settings?
