Hello,

Something had gone wonky with NIS 2012 on one of my Windows 7 64bit PCs so I went through a variety of methods to reinstall, but no matter what I do, I cannot get it to update past 19.1.1.3. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times and run live update over and over, but it never gets past 19.1.1.3.

Another WIndows 7 64 bit PC literally right besides me on the same norton account has been fine and is running 19.2.0.10

How do I get this one I'm trying to reinstall to update to the most current version? I don't think 19.1.1.3 has firefox 9 compatability which seems to work fine on my 19.2.0.10 PC.

Hi Terry,

The patch, no patch, upgrade syndrome that has been happening over the past week or so should be coming to a close 'soon' [please do not ask for a definition of that term!] At some point a single upgrade/patch will be released that will allow you to get the pieces and parts you need to have Norton in FF. Just don't upgrade to v10 of FF until AFTER you read the announcement in the forums that Norton is again compatible with that version.

You should be able to update now. Run LiveUpdate and it'll download 19.5.
