Chat support does not work

Hi..

sorry if wrong forum.  i tried chat support from 2 different computers and different browsers and it will log in!!

 

what can i do?

Thanks for suggesting. Turns out that since I had just re-installed Windows 7, and it knocked out my trial activation time remaining, I came to realize that I still needed to install the FLASH player. I installed flash and chat is working now.
