Check for server certificate revocation with Chrome

i have abig problem by NIS 2010 with chrome browser ,alot of web sites when ever i visit them this messege window alowys comes (check the server certificate),i went in the option and unchecked the (check of server certificate ....)option

BUT the problem is that Norton turns back the OPtion enabled 


after i read alot in the forum ,i found that  the problem is from Norton Antiphishing 

so i went and disable it from Norton > but this is not save isnt it?


why Norton doing this problem??

Sorry, apparently none of us knows what is happening.  Most of us don't use Chrome, which also limits the possibility of an answer.  I suspect it is somewhere in the Internet Explorer settings, which sets the policies for most other browsers.  See if there is anything in the advanced tab or security settings in IE that might explain it.
