When I boot-up Norton is asking me if I want to allow "CmTray.exe" to write to my hard drive.  Should I select yes?

Hi 1970rt,

That does not sound like anything that NIS or NAV would would alert to.  Are you sure this is a Norton notification?  What other security and system monitoring programs are you running?
