What happens when you forces NIS11 to send those commuity watch? Open the interface, click performance (with the arrow):
Then click on Norton Tasks.
In the next window that appears, click on the arrow before Norton Community Watch. Let it run until it turns black once again:
The below picture shows Automatic LiveUpdate running. When running the process turn orange and when it is finished running it will turn black once again.

yes of course.. the Data is not Send.
Norton Community Watch Setting is ON since Installing..
The inside Norton task "sending Community Watch information" will not work.
I think it's a Norton 2011 software problem.

It's not a Norton 2011 software problem in general, though. Although I have seen it reported by another user, it works like a charm for me and others.

Try reinstalling the software.
Follow the following steps:
Optional steps:
You may want turn off monthly report (located in miscellaneous settings), and special offer notification (also located in miscellaneous settings). Monthly report will launch a popup similiar to the below window once a month. I don't find it helpful so I turned it off. The choice is entirely up to you.
There that should do it... You may want to print the instructions as you should not connect to the internet before Norton Internet Security is installed. Please note, this is the ENGLISH version, I don't know the link for the German version (or whatever language you are using). Perhaps a fellow answerer can provide you with the link or further advice.

Thanks but I think reinstalling does not change the problem.
i see in the last minutes Network Upload activity and look who is send Data (ccsvchst.exe) .
Norton "now" send only one Day Norton Community Watch Data , from 30.August to 31.August .
The Question ist , Why so little, why only 1 day ? I think there should be answer a Symantec employee .
Gesendet means Send , Ausstehend means Pending.

none of the symantec employee has an answer to my questions, that was so clear.

Hi Voyager10:
The Mods may have to locate someone who is knowledgeable about this specific area. They don't necessarily have all the answers at their fingertips either.
It could be something simple like Symantec having a separate server for 2011 products so that they can chart the difference. This may limit the number of uploads that can be handled. A huge amount of data is being collected as more and more users upgrade. I think it will sort itself out in due course.
