I tried to install Norton Internet security 2011 on my computer after installing it on 2 other computers
and my computer wont even read the disk. I logged onto my Norton account to see if I could actually
install it a 3rd time and it said I have 1 more download. The disk is fine and isnt scratched and I
also just reformatted my computer because I thought I had a virus. Please help me as I only have a
week before the activation key is toast.

Hi advan_japan,
There are sometimes problems with some some computers being able to read a disk that otherwise works fine in other PCs. You should be able to install the program from a download. Please let us know what language the program should be and we can provide a link. However, if the subscription has only a week left, all of your activations will expire at that time, including the third one that you are intending to use. So you might just want to purchase a new 3-user license, if this is the case you mean when you say "I only have a week before the activation key is toast."

Hello,
I am looking for english. Yes my bad I meant to say the activation key, thank you for your help!

Just to be clear, when you install the first activation of a 3-user license the clock starts ticking for all three installations and all three will expire at the same time as the first subscription runs out. So you may only get a week's use out of this if I understand you correctly. But here is the link:
Note that if you are using the Netbook Edition, you would need to go to that download, and that would be a different link, so let us know if you need that instead.

I was reading something and totally misunderstood what it meant. Nvm I downloaded the link and used my key good for another 360 days and counting. Thanks
