Main GUI -> History -> show Norton Community Watch

this Problem is very old , i see that since Years that Norton Community Watch only send very little Information per day .

if i scan now many infected Files i have many Pages in the Security History Log , but Norton Community send only a half Page Information per Day.. maximum.

with 233 Pages Norton need 2 Years to send all Information... this is not quick enough ! :D

Why the Task -> Norton Community Watch ends after 1 Minute ?

seems to use blackhole expoloit kit. in todays norton virus defs, there was a trojan.zeroaccess update. don't know what it addresses. please keep us updated.

if i click Norton Community Watch , the Task always ends after 1 Minute and send only few Information points from the Norton Community Watch History.

is there a way to chance that , send more Information with one Task.

or should I delete everything ? many Pages in the History slow down this History Window.

Slightly the same problem, not your record of 233 pages :) but 10, sometimes 15-20, and NCW item in Norton Tasks starts its first 3-5 sessions (manually started) with 3-6 minutes long, after that strongly by 1:00, or 1:01. And I can't do it always manually. I post that detail info (about all NIS 18 engines and NIS 19 all beta builds + final) in the Public Beta NIS/NAV for Win section. But now I can not rovide a link on this, cause this section is now closed. Admin. Tim Lopez said that all reported problems are in system and Symantec knows about them. There I have for a 1-1.5 weeks ago items with only Waiting status and nothing of many reboots, 2-3 session with hours of idle time everyday can not solve it...

There I offer to use continious NCW feedback with autorestarts after end of the last NCW feedback session if there are unsubmitted items and computer is still in idle mode. And continiuosly task execution diring 1 idle time on other tasks. I saw only 1 task execution during 1 idle mode, and other task starts only in the next idle mode, while all of them are marked "Yes" in "Run during idle" colomn. Make all needed taks execution one by one until all task are fully done or idle mode is over! Cause of this not done for now, users have no quick "defence" in doing all Optimize, File Insight, Quick scan, etc. tasks and Symantec have no idea about NCW items, must be submitten right now but it is stayed in users PC with only Pending or Waiting status for a week or more... no quick responce for security data...
