I have two separate PC's running AntiVirus 2012 under single separate licenses. Adding a (new) third PC, how can I convert existing licenses into a license pack?
Do I purchase the "3 license pack", delete the Norton Product from the two current PC's and then install Norton Product onto all three PC's with the New Product Key?
I have 9 months on one PC, and 23 months on the other PC. How best to combine under one license pack? Any help, or clarity, is appreciated.

Hi Steve,
Welcome to the Norton Community.
Unfortunately if you purchase a new 3 license pack and use that on the others, you would lose the subscription days you already have.
Your best bet would be to contact Customer Service and see what they can do for you. They "might" be able to work something out for you which won't leave you losing a bunch of subscription days. From this link select your preferred language and product.
Note that CHAT is the best option.
Please do let us know how you make out after chatting with them.
Best wishes.

Hi,
With the Little Information You've provided, I Can Suggest You According to the Below Situation.
If the First Product which has 9 months left is a 1 Year Subscription Pack and the Second Product which has 23 months left is a 2 Year Subscription Pack, Then Contact Our Phone Support or Our Chat Support using the Support Link ( https://www-secure.symantec.com/norton-support/jsp
Explain them the Situation, Place a new ORDER for a Three License Pack and ask them to process a Refund for both of the previous licenses as the Subscription Days Cannot be Transferred into the New Order (In this Case the Previous products are Single License and the New Order Will be a Three License Pack so Transfer cannot be processed).
Using the New Product Key Activate the Product on all the Three Computers and enjoy the Single User - Three PC Pack as you wished.
Let me Know If you have any Other doubts.

Hello
If this is for NAV, according to the Norton Website, there is no single user--3 pc version in the Norton Store. I know they can be found in retail stores and in reputable online sites. The user would probably be better off getting the 3 pc version in a retail store where the price might be better also and enquiring to see if it is possible to get the refunds for the other 2 licenses for single pc's. I saw that they have listed a 5 pack for NAV, but no 3 pack for some odd reason when the product is available in stores.
Success always occurs in private and failure in full view.

Ande,
It's amazing what users report back after contacting the On Line CHAT Support team!
I'm sure we have had them do some "relicensing" that have in effect combined two licences into one (with maybe 1/3rd the days from the left over 1 PC licence!
I think the User ought to ask .......
The problem with the refund, unless they can bend the rules is the 60 Day cutoff ......

Thank you for the help, and for the other suggestions too from other members. CHAT was the best method, and a rep. credited the account and moved my licenses from the older PCs over to the new 3-license pack.
I couldn't have asked for more than the help I was given.
Thank you.

Glad you got it resolved ...
So we can better help others -- did they have to juggle with refunds and new orders or did they do some fancy stuff on the keyboards without all that? <s>

Hello
Now I am wondering if the product involved was NAV or NIS. If it is NAV, is there a 3pc version available which isn't showing in the Symantec store in the USA/Can area?

Flo --
I think there's always been a discrepency between what one can find on the Norton OnLine Store and elsewhere -- stores / internet retailers.
I'm positive I've seen a 1 PC NIS in stores ... Next time I'm near one of my locals I'll recheck the shelves. I imagine they'll be getting the 2012 soon!
In fact I've just checked on line to that store and they show NAV and NIS 2011 in 1 PC, 3 PC and 5 PC versions.
Tomorrow's flyer is not visible there yet although the link to it is ....
