Cycle Reboot

Hey, I'm new to the board so somebody show me some love!  I allowed a nasty virus into my computer which caused a cycle reboot.  I'm thinking with the cost it's going to take to fix it I should just buy a new one.  I also was checking out  Norton Internet Security 2010 and the reboot function it has for infected computers and I need to know is it worth it for me to spend the $70 for the software that may or may not solve my problem.  Talk to me Norton family!:smileyindifferent:

Re: Cycle Reboot

Hi Cpaul,

Are you able to boot your computer to Safe Mode without any problems?

It will be better to cleanup the computer from all viruses and then install NIS 2010. Sometimes, the resident virus may not allow the installation of the Security programs.
