Dll errors after loading Norton Internet Security 2009

 How do I correct the errors listed below:

 

error loading c:\docume-1\network-1\protect dll

error loading c:\docume-1\owner\locals-1\temp\_A00F2C7597.exe.dat

error loading c:\docume-1\owner\locals-1\temp\_A00F2E4C7A.exe.dat

 

Also, I keep getting a message from Norton Internet Security telling me that I must keep restarting.

What is your Windows version? When the errors occur - when Windows loads, or when you launch NIS from it's desktop or system tray icon? Could you upload a screenshot of the error?

Are you loading NIS2009 to clean out a Virus perhaps?  If you have not done so, please reboot your system and see if the problem continues.

Good Morning,

 

Thank you for your response.  This morning when I turned on my computer, I did not receive the error.  Don't really know why they disappeared.  I am attaching the error anyway just in case the problem returns.  I am running Windows XP Professional SP3 and the error occurs when Windows loads.

Good Morning,

 

Thank you for your response.  Yes, I was loading Norton to clean out the trojan.vundo virus.  Somehow, this morning when I turned on the computer the errors did not appear.
