Does Norton DNS add any extra protection if I already have NIS 2012?
NIS already provides Safe Web, which highlights dangerous links in search engines.
I presently do not have Norton DNS. When browsing, I have gone to some links where a Norton warning appears in the browser screen saying there is something wrong with the website (usually something wrong with the certificate). I think the options to this screen are 1) to proceed to the web address 2) let's get out of here.
So would having Norton DNS too provide any additional protection?

Hi,
of course Norton DNS gives you a little extra protection when you use it with NIS2012. But make sure you have an English version of any Windows OS. On other language versions the program can not be run, and beause of this you can not configure it, and it would make you more trouble than good (just a little experience :P).
