Download of the Latest Version With A Paid-up Subscription?

In my account it stated I was entitled to download and use the latest version of Norton Internet Security until my subscription period expires, which is in February of 2013. I had followed the instructions and clicked "update now." What I got was a 15-day "trial" version which will quit working in 15 days unless I pay more money. When it was installed it whisked my earlier version clean off my PC. Unless I am really entitled to have the use of this product for the remainder of my subscription period, which should be until 02 February 2013 instead of just for 15 days, I'm afraid I'm going to be very, very crabby. Even crabbier than normal.

What did I do wrong? Is there some way I can fix this?

Re: Download of the Latest Version With A Paid-up Subscription?

Welcome MissCrabby,

Can you click Support > Subscription Status.  This will sync with the Norton Servers.

Please let us know how you get on.

Thanks,  Dave.
