Download on another computer

In May bought Norton Internet Security for one of my computers. It downloaded fine and is working well.

I have a personal network but I have another computer where an older version of Norton Internet Security is on and is due to expire in 28 days.\

Since I have the ability to download the product I bought in May to up to 3 computers I thought I would go to my account where the May product has the download button still available and download the new product.

I thought I followed the instructions for downloading on a different computer but for some reason cannot get the new product to download on the computer where the old product is due to expire in 28 days.

Can you assist in helping me to download the new product on the computer where the old product is due to expire.

The download button is scheduled to end in 2 days.

Hello holinm

Can you tell us please how old this other NIS program is.? If it is too old, you will need to uninstall it properly before you can install the newer NIS 2011. Once we know how old the other NIS is, we can provide the proper instructions. The direct install of NIS 2011 is made to be installed over 2010 and maybe 2009. If it is any older, then removal of older NIS will be necessary.. Thanks.

Why is a OEM version not ok ?!

I'm using it too and bought a key for it for 1 year...

OEM products are licensed for use with products or programs provided by certain Symantec partners. There is the potential for subscription issues to arise if the license you are using does not match the Norton program for which it is intended.
