I need to change the phone number in my Identity Safe profile and can't for the life of me figure out how to do it. I know it must be easy. Could someone please guide me through the process?

if u want to modify an identity card u can do that from identitysafe/options/edit identity cards from norton toolbar

When I click on Identity Safe in my Norton toolbar, the choices I get don't include Options. I get (1) Do not Autofill this page, (2) Manage, and (3) Log out of profile. Under the Manage option there are four choices: Manage Logins, Manage Cards, Manage Notes and Settings. None of those get me to an Edit Identity Cards.

You do not mention what version of NIS you are using.

From the options you can see...Manage Cards should get you to a screen where you can edit the information.

Hi Wiley285,

I think you are using NIS2011, In that we have option Manage cards instead of edit card.

From toolbar->select Manage cards, this will open the Manage cards window -> From there select a card(if you have saved more than one card), click on edit link then click on select button. Now you will have option to edit your phone numbers.
