If you are happy, for the moment, because the workaround works, albeit you want a permanent solution - like me - then you might considering marking this thread as solved. I believe disabling the hardware firewall overcame the problem.

Thanks I will do so but probably next week as this week I am a bit swamped... Thanks for all the help here... 

 

Would their interest still be peeked even though I have changed to 16.5 manually? I am not sure if the logs or items they need will still be about from 16 207...
