How do I stop getting emails on renewing my NAV 2012. I do not like being online without an anti-virus even if it is to download one if I need to redo it. It seems one area of Norton doesn't know what the other is doing. You might think by me regestering my prodict that would be enough to let you you know I HAVE renewed the product. So please stop with the emails NORTON!!!!!!

There is a specific Forum for NAV so I'll ask for your message to be moved over there or better exposure. You won't lose sight of it because a link will be left here.

Could you confirm how you renewed your product? My guess is that you did like most of us and bought a new copy on sale and used the Key. When you do that you in effect install a new product even if you do not uninstall/reinstall and so the old and the new are in the central database.
I think you will find that the emails stop after a certain period of time -- 30 days ? -- but otherwise get in touch with the Norton OnLine Support via the CHAT link as below and I think they can update the database.
