I am getting the above error. It seems that "Sonar" stops working. I have done the "Live Update" until no more update required and rebooted. When the machine starts all is OK after a while Sonar seems to switch it's self off

Hello caneman,
It seems you have performed all of the initial steps in the KB which addresses this issue. From your past posts, it appears you are using NIS 2011.
The next step would be to uninstall and then reinstall the product. I would suggest using the procedure below for a complete uninstall:
Please follow all the steps even if they seem redundant.
