I have run live update until receiving " has lastest updates"  I then rebooted but am still getting 3043.1 error.  H E L P!

May I ask what Norton product you are using (click under Support -> About)  and Operating System with Service Packs?

Also indicate whether your Operating System is 32-bit or 64-bit.
