Hey, I'm currently running on Norton Internet Security 2011. I have the error: 3047, 53 coming up on my computer, and I can not find a way to get it fixed. I try to run the live update for it, but the live update says its unavailable. It says my Computer is at risk, and has the option "Fix Now," but any time I click the options, it searches for updates and cannot find any. I am currently working on trying to get the Norton update to download from the website. I am not sure that it will work though. I am just hoping it will.

Actually, now it is saying that the only problem I have is with my SONAR protection. Is there anyway we can get just that fixed? I clicked the Fix Now, and it didn't find a SONAR update.

Can you try clicking on Support - Get Support from the main user interface. This will check your installation and try to fix anything it finds. Then manually run LiveUpdate and reboot your computer.

If that does not work, try running a full system scan in Safe Mode.

It seems that simply downloading the update manually from your website fixed the problem. It hasn't occured again since the update was installed by me
