Error 5013,3

It seems nobody knows anything about this error

Can you please tell us about your computer? What operating system and sp are you using and is it 32 or 64 bit? How was NIS 2011 installed? Were you having any errors with NIS 2010? Do you have any other real time security programs on your computer? Thanks

Thanks. Problem solved by SECOND level Norton Analyst. A Windows non essential update solved the question.
