Getting this error on my wife's HP Laptop when it comes out of hibernation.  Not everytime, but at least one out of three times.

I have never seen this error before using any previous versions of NIS.  It happens with both the initial release of NIS 2012 and the lastest version (19.1.1.3).  Have formatted drive twice and done a clean install of XP and NIS 2012, problem remains.

There is NO difference in installed programs, this just happens with NIS 2012 and does not happen with NIS 2011.  No other security software is installed.

If you want, you can revert back to NIS 2011 until some of the bugs are worked out.

You would have to remove NIS 2012 first after backing up your Identity Safe file if you use that.

Use the control panel method and reboot your computer.

Then you could tryi installing NIS 2011 from the  above link. See how that works out for you.

This is the KB article that is for the error you mentioned but I think you have gone thru all that it says to do already.
