Please tell us the exact error message that you have. Is that 8904 or 8504? Are you able to open the Norton product?
Hi CyberLife, I was Not able to open my Norton Product and I think the error message was 8504, it went right to Support and told me that, I also got updates out of order the web definitions before the web defs (hub) which made the webdefs not complete until later, I rebooted and it seems o.k. now, also I could not get to my Account was told the srver was busy, Thanks for your response...........Gorpy1
