Norton Internet Security / Norton AntiVirus

[DaleSteels]

my pc has been infected with this virus. I've downloaded Norton Internet Security suite but this didn't remove it. Can anyone help tell me how to remove this?

How did you install Norton when it is Ransomware that should have locked the desktop, Quads

I installed Norton in Safe Mode. I downloaded Norton Power eraser but it won't work in safe mode and as soon as i switch over to running windows in normal FBI VIRUS LOCKS MY COMP UP.

i too had the same issue, and i tried virtually everything given on google search,

untill i came across these geeks, www.fixpcyourself.com/how-to-unlock-computer-from-fbi-moneypak-virus/ , they have a nicely laid out tutorial, with video too and live chat incase you get stuck like i did 

they are pretty helpful, i would recommend everyone to check it out.
