Yet again false Trojan.ADH. This time Exact Audio Copy installation file eac-0.99pb5.exe gets false download intelligence warning and is deleted immediately if one ignores that..
Yet a copy of the file put in the scan exclusion lists, right click/Norton Insight gives it as 'many users, Good'.
I've submitted the file, but as Norton insight already has it as good, that is not useful anyway.
I'm beginning to get fed up with this continuing problem with false heuristic detection and download intelligence alarms. It makes NAV 20120 almost unuseable.
Please, please review your Tojan.ADH signature or allow us a way of disabling it without having to turn off heuristic detection and download intelligence off completely.

No. I submitted it from the history/options. It just gave the message that the file had been submitted.
I can resubmit the file some other way if you wish if you give me instructions. Or you can download it from
http://www.exactaudiocopy.de/en/index.php/weitere-
Thi is what I get if I right click on the file, click Norton insight.
I've had to add the file extension to .txt to attach it. Delete the .txt bit to see the .png file. Why can't I add a simple .png file?? I see lots in this forum
EDIT. It may have been corrected with more recent updates, as Norton now does not flag it, with Heuristics on (my first post was some days ago, after all)

You can use what looks like a little green tree in the reply editor to insert .jpeg and .png files. For future reference. ![]()

Thanks for that tip.
Meanwhile I spoke too soon: the file is again quarantined as trojan.ADH. I think when I tested it last time, I had forgotten that I had excluded the folder containing the file. But as soon as I removed that exclusion (thinking the problem resolved) it again quarantined it. I have re-excluded it.
