Yeah, don't worry. This happens on all computers with Google software installed. The Google update process touches Norton's files in some way, and this is logged. It's perfectly normal, and you're not attacked in any way.
Malwarebytes or any other antivirus scanners (like Superantispyware) do this too as they try to "scan" Norton.
