Got a message saying that my Norton subscription has expired...

Last month I paid for and downloaded a two year subscription.  On my account, it shows that my trial has expired (I know!) but that I have the two-year subscription that I paid for.  I really do not have time to spend on my computer all day trying to figure this out.  Is there not a person somewhere who can fix this?

Hi,

did you activated the product with the subscription key (25 digit) you got during the purchase?

You can activate the product this way:

1. Open the Norton product

2. On the bottom of the window there's a link to Renew / Activate now, click on that

3. On the newly opened window write your purchased key in, and click Activate

4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish the activation procedure

If you still have any issues, please contact Customer Support. The easiest and fastest way is the free Online Chat:
https://www-secure.symantec.com/norton/support/contact/chat/norton-chat.jsp?chatexp=cs&dept=cs&pvid=...

They can solve any activation / licensing problems in seconds. :)

Let us know if this helped.
