Re: arrydetecting both trojan.gen.2 and trojan.zeroaccess.b

It's Just one of the Windows installation not having the Norton definitions up to date for the false positive of OTL being fixed.

For all 3 Windows installations

Disable Norton

Start OTL again but this time click the Black CleanUp button, then make sure the C:\_OTL folder is deleted.

After that you are free to go on your merry way.  You are now fixed / Solved.

If you want Malwarebytes download the Free version to install and don't click the Trial button

If you want to, you can turn off System Restore wait for it to clear the Restore Points and then Turn it back on once you find all is happy. today, tomorrow whenever.

Will there be a  :\_OTL to delete for the other two Drives/OS .......ie. will there be a E:\_OTL to delete also...?

Thanks,

All you have to think about is the CleanUp button and no _OTL folders.

All done........!

I think I found out what I did wrong..........I put a copy of OTL on my backup drive so I could copy it to what ever OS/drive I was working on...........!!!!!

Thanks for all your help Quads.....I doubt I could have fix my computer without you.
