Have you run the scan that you were asked to do? If you have Norton, have you upgraded over the years? You have not been to the forum since 2009.
3. If the Answer is NO, then download the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool (Advanced Virus Scanner) from the Link ( www.norton.com/nbrt ) and Burn it in a Disc.

Hi istatus,
Have you run the Windows Network Diagnostic Framework as I suggested earlier?

Hi istatus,
I suspect that there might a problem with DNS as well. Please try the following steps in the same order.
1. Open Command Prompt with Admin Privileges (This is very important - CMD should run as Administrator to successfully execute the following commands).
2. Type IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS and hit Enter.
3. Type NET STOP DNSCACHE and hit Enter.
4. Type NET START DNSCACHE and hit Enter.
5. Type Exit.
6. Restart the computer and check internet.
Thanks.

after i rant the network diagnostics it's saying "THERE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM WITH ONE OF MORE NETWORK ADAPTERS ON THIS COMPUTER" I tried all the fixes after like "AUTO GET NEW IP SETTINGS FOR NETWORK ADAPTER "LAN" ...and Reset network adapter. Still no luck

Hi,
Please open the Network Connections ( Open Run and Type 'ncpa.cpl' and hit Enter)
Right click on the network connection that gives you internet access ( LAN or Wireless) and go to properties
Highlight 'Internet Protocol Version 4 TCP/IP' and click on properties
Choose the options "Obtain IP Address Automatically" and "Obtain DNS Server Address Automatically"
Click on Apply or OK wherever applicable and then close Internet Explorer if open.
Wait for 2 minutes and then open Internet Explorer
