Dear friends.
I have NIS installed in my computer. In order to renew it, I buy another NIS to get product key (written on the CD box) . After insert the key, there's a warning: "your current product is NIS. The product key you entered is not valid for this product"

Hi KimHyuna,
First question, did you buy the new NIS from a reputable dealer, retail store. we have had some instances of reselling already used product keys. So if that is not the case, your best bet may be to contact Live chat, explain the situation to them and they should be able to assist you.
