Hey!
This message is most probably off-topic to the whole board but I need some help and don't know where to go .
My problem needs some internal contact (Symantec Norton employee) to guide me .
As a registerted Symantec Channel partner who sells Nortons I also wanted to get access to Norton Portal (for resellers) . As I and my company am from Europe , I get redirected to a GB (UK) version of the portal . I first registered in September (yeah,long time ago). Since then , I haven't received any reply regarding this and when I attemp to access the portal using my credentials , I get an error that the profile hasn't been approved yet. It has been almost 3 months and I am sure something's got wrong here .
I have tried to contact Norton regular support to no avail - nobody could help me . They all tell me to contact the specific Norton Portal support . I have done this multiple times again to no avail - I get absolutely no reply .
I would really appreciate if there is someone regular member ot SYMC employee who can help me and tell me who should I write to or call to get access to that Norton reseller portal www.NortonPortal.com

I'm not really sure if this is what you are looking for. I'm taking a guess here. You may have to wait for a Symantec Employee who's name is in RED to answer you if this is the wrong information. I found this link. I also don't know if this would be something that would have to be dealt with via the Corporate Division of Symantec. If this link doesn't provide the information you are looking for, you may have to wait until during the week for a Symantec Employee to respond.

Yes , this is the Norton portal , this is the link . There is a link in the "Contact" which I have used but I didn't have luck and didn't get an answer. I don't think Nortonportal has something to do with the corporate division because this is Norton one can be Nortonr reseller with or without being Symantec products one . The partner portal for the corporate products is PartnerNet and it is something different.

Global Sites > Select Country > Remember this country selection on future visits to
the Symantec.com site. No Thanks / OK > Partners

This is for the business section (corporate division) - PartnerNet . I am registed as a Symantec partner and have access for channel partner for the business stuff , but I can't access the Norton part (portal) .

Sorry, so... Global Sites > Select Country > Business ~ does not bring you to Business page (your country) > Speak with an expert sales consultant. (phone #)

I still haven't seen a Symantec employee or something else , I still can't access the portal .
